We will always endeavor to give YOU the customer total satisfaction, if you feel this has not been the case please tell us. We welcome your comments, both good and bad and we will act on both.

Making A Purchase
Booking a tour with us could not be easier. To discuss your requirements, please text or call us on mobile number +44 (0) 7985 054475 or preferably, email us via the Contact Page. We accept deposit payments via Paypal (we will send you a link to our payment page once we have agreed on tour dates, numbers etc.) and the remainder in cash on the day.

We will advise you of any delay. You have the right to cancel with a full refund if we need to delay your tour or change the person taking you on it.

Credit Card Security 
We use Paypal to take your payments. Paypal is acknowledged as amongst the most secure methods of payment online. We do not have any opportunity to see your credit card details etc. Please do NOT send credit card details via email or via the Contact Page on this site, as we are not on a secure server; Paypal however, is, so you can be assured of your data remaining secure when paying your deposit.

Privacy Policy 
We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies may be used on this site, but only by Google for traffic analysis.

Returns Policy 
We reserve the right to take off the cost of Paypal charges on payments made should you cancel your tour and to refuse refunding you if you should cancel within 2 weeks of the booked tour date. This is because it can prove difficult to fill tours at short notice.

If for reasons of illness or other pressing matters affecting us, excluding force-majeure, we need to cancel your tour, we will refund any deposit paid and endeavour to find a suitable replacement tour guide from amongst our extensive Blue Badge qualified contacts.
